We had an amazing experience staying at this unique floating house. Beautiful view in any conditions. We had a significant rain day and it was still a cool view over the bay in the comfort of this very modern home. Sunny days were spectacular with views of a sunrise over the bay.
Above and beyond the description was impressively modern amenities with all Fischer Paykel appliances, heated bathroom floor, expansive modern windows to get a full view of the bay. Modern windows able to slide open easily to allow fresh air and the sounds of the bay in. Outdoor balcony that wraps around the entire unit was also very nice to just walk around with a morning coffee enjoying the view of the bay.

Dem— March 2023. Loved the view! You could see San Francisco at night, it was beautiful. Awesome location, easy to get into San Francisco. We loved the lists that Harold provided, we used them to find places to eat. There's a walking and biking pathway right by the place. You can take it and walk to a few restaurants. The place was nice and clean.

Matt— February 2023. Had a fantastic long weekend in unit D! It was fun being there during the king tides to experience the extreme high and low tides. It’s a great location for jumping out for a walk or bike ride on the bike path, and very close to Sausalito and Mill Valley for all their shops and great restaurants. We capped it off with an awesome flight with the next-door Seaplane Adventures up to Point Reyes National Seashore and around the SF Bay. We definitely recommend for anyone wanting a fun-filled stay-cation or destination vacation.
