Other things to note

Located on a 4-unit houseboat, each floating condo has it's own entrance and is fully private. We ask that our guests respect their neighbors with quiet times from 10 p.m. – 7 a.m. 

Due to the proximity to water, this romantic experience is best for adults and not appropriate for unsupervised children. 

If you’re lucky, you’ll get to watch as historic seaplanes and helicopters take off and land nearby. No pets & no smoking.
