WHERE'S MY KEYS ???

Your keys will be in a lockbox. If you haven’t already, email commdr11@gmail.com and ask for your lockbox code.

There’s one lockbox for each studio. They are hanging on the gangway leading from the shore to the Commodore 11. The lockboxes are labeled A, B, C, or D. 

HOW TO OPEN THE LOCKBOX?

Slide the shutter door downwards to reveal the dial.

Rotate the digits on the dial to match the code you have received

When the dial matches your code, push down on the release tab to the left of the dial.

Open the compartment door and remove your keys!

WHERE'S MY FLOATING CONDO (AKA unit AKA apartment)???

Studio A is downstairs, closest to  the street

Studio B is upstairs, closest to the street

Studio C is downstairs, farthest from the street

Studio D is upstairs, farthest from the street

House Rules

• No smoking inside, on the decks, or within 25 feet of the houseboat

• No pets

• Remove shoes when you’re inside

• Quiet hours from 11pm to 7am

• No loud parties or large gatherings

• Please don’t leave us dirty dishes, pots or pans!

• Please TELL US about any damages that occur while you're in residence

• Separate your refuse as you go. Recyclables (bottles, cans, paper) in one bag, Other refuse in the other bag.

Community Rules

• No loud coming / goings from the parking area to your quarters

• If excessive noise is reported, police will be called and a fine assessed (no loud parties!)

Checking Out

Check-out is 11 a.m. on the day your booking ends. 

Before you leave, we request you: 

• Wash dirty dishes and pots and pans. It’s OK if the dishwasher is running when you leave. Please leave an empty sink!

• Don't leave valuables or clothing, etc, behind!
  Hint: check the bedding and the drawers. Books? Cables? SOCKS?

• Make sure the thermostat is OFF or on ECO

• Turn off the floor heat in the bathroom

• Lock doors and windows

• Gather up recycling and trash

• Replace keys in the lock box

• Drop off recycling and trash in the shed at the parking lot. NOTHING BUT COMPOSTABLE ITEMS GO IN THE SMALL GREY BINS outside the garbage and recyling shed. BLUE BINS inside the shed are for recycling: bottles, cans, paper, etc.At the back of the shed is a large container for cardboard. Large cardboard should be folded before being placed there.Across from the blue bins is a large container for all other refuse.
